Quackoria is a website built entirely around ducks. Everything here — duck games, duck tools, duck facts and care guides — is made for people who find ducks genuinely interesting: a child learning to read, a parent looking for something wholesome to hand over, or an adult who has just brought home their first four ducklings and would like to get it right.

Who runs Quackoria
Quackoria is run by one person: a duck lover who enjoys watching and following ducks, and finds real calm and peace of mind in it. The site grew out of that — a wish to build something useful for other people who love ducks, keep them, or are simply curious about them.
That is why the tools here are programmed to work from published scientific figures, the games are original, and the articles — general duck facts and practical care — are written only after their sources have been reviewed. Every article and every tool lists its sources, so you can read them yourself.
Quackoria is not a medical, veterinary or official source, and it does not give personal advice or consultations. Treat what you read here as a starting point: check the listed sources, and make any decision about your own birds on your own responsibility — with a qualified avian or farm veterinarian wherever their health is involved.
How the articles are researched: the Editorial Policy
How the content is written
Everything published here has to do at least one of four things: entertain you, teach you something, help you, or celebrate ducks. If it does none of those, it does not belong on Quackoria.
Learn and Care articles are researched against reputable sources — ornithology institutions, veterinary and agricultural extension services, and published research — and the sources are listed at the bottom of the article. Where the evidence is mixed, we say so rather than picking the tidier answer, and articles carry the date they were last reviewed.
About the care guides
Quackoria Care is educational. It is not veterinary advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it cannot see your bird. Ducks vary enormously by breed, age, climate and setup. If a duck is injured, unwell, or behaving in a way that worries you, please speak to a qualified avian or farm veterinarian.
Who Quackoria is for
Quackoria is family-safe, but it is not only for children. The games are built for anyone who wants five relaxed minutes. The Learn and Care articles are written for adults who want an accurate answer rather than a simplified one.
